J. Edward Romeo has served as the Director of the development of the Emergency Software Products division since 2006 and is responsible for product strategy, marketing and client outreach with a passion for engagement, community-building and advocacy including translating the voice of customers into product development strategies and actionable requirements. He has expertise in product development with a focus on functionality, flow, consistency, usability and simplicity. Prior to working at Enforsys, he managed the development of software products in a variety of industries for companies such as Lucent, CBS, Sony, BMG, Bear Stearns, J.W. Gant and Associates, PaperDirect and ePresence.
