Riley Ellingsen is a multi-talented professional with a diverse background in project management, entrepreneurship, and innovation. Currently serving as a Project Manager and Innovation Fellow at enFocus Inc., and as a Startup Coach and Grant Program Manager with RISE | Regional Innovation & Startup Education, Riley has developed and delivered entrepreneurship lessons and provided coaching to aspiring student entrepreneurs. As Co-Founder and CEO of Hearsight, Riley is dedicated to creating technology that facilitates communication for the d/Deaf and Hard-of-Hearing communities. Previous experience includes consulting for Sense Biodetection Ltd. on commercial launch strategies, co-founding BLYTZ, and roles in education and healthcare. Riley holds a Master of Science in Engineering, Science, and Technology Entrepreneurship from the University of Notre Dame and a Bachelor of Arts in Biochemistry, Biophysics, and Molecular Biology from Whitman College.
