Veli-Matti Ruotsalainen has extensive experience in IT and project management, currently serving as a Service Delivery Manager at Enfo Oyj since January 2001, where responsibilities include ensuring customer satisfaction, reporting, billing, coordinating development projects, and leading service tracking meetings. Prior roles at Enfo Oyj included Project Manager and System Consultant, focusing on project leadership and UNIX system consultation. Veli-Matti's career began at Tietosavo Oy from June 1989 to December 2000, holding various positions such as System Designer and Application Support, providing installation and training for grid management software and UNIX systems. Veli-Matti started the career as an Electronics Technician at Genelec Oy, working on the assembly and testing of loudspeakers. Veli-Matti holds a degree in IT technician from Kuopio Polytechnic, obtained from 1986 to 1989.
