Aaron D. is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in talent acquisition, nutrition, and coaching. Currently serving as the Talent Acquisition and Engagement Manager at Enervise, LLC since February 2022, Aaron implements strategies to enhance brand growth within the HVAC and plumbing sector. Prior to this, Aaron was the Director of Career Development and Recruiting at Pivot Realty Group, successfully recruiting and developing a significant number of real estate agents. Additionally, Aaron has excelled as a Registered Dietitian in various roles, including Director of Competitive Swimming and Leadership Development at Mercy Healthplex Anderson, where wellness programs positively impacted numerous individuals. Educational qualifications include a Master’s degree in Nutrition with a concentration in exercise science from Marshall University and a Bachelor's degree in Dietetics from the University of Cincinnati.
