Tori Riebel, CEBS, CCP, is a seasoned Human Resources professional with extensive experience in total rewards and HR operations. Currently serving as Senior Director of Total Rewards & HR Operations at EnerSys since October 2023, Tori previously held the position of Director of HR Planning & Execution at AllianceRx Walgreens Pharmacy from July 2019 to October 2023, where responsibilities included cross-functional collaboration and HR resource alignment with business strategies. Tori's career also features key roles in benefits and compensation management at organizations such as TopBuild, USI Building Solutions, Donaldson, Milestone AV Technologies, HealthPartners, and Buffets, Inc., with expertise in HRIS implementation, benefit program management, and corporate restructuring efforts. Tori holds a Master's in Applied Psychology and a Bachelor's in Psychology from the University of Wisconsin-Stout.
