Matthew Wypych is a seasoned mechanical engineering manager with extensive experience in leading teams and overseeing complex engineering projects. Currently serving as Mechanical Engineering Manager for Broadband Engineering at EnerSys since June 2020, Matthew manages a team focused on lithium-ion enclosure design, alternative energy integration, and thermal management. Prior to EnerSys, Matthew held various roles at Alpha Technologies, contributing to hybrid systems research and engineering, and has a solid background in mechanical design and project management from positions at AuCom Electronics, Delta-Q Technologies, DCA Design International, and Tru-Test Ltd. Matthew holds a Ph.D. in Mechanical Engineering and a Bachelor of Engineering (Honors) from the University of Canterbury.
