Luiz Benacchio has extensive experience in quality management and operations. Luiz has worked in various senior director and quality director roles at companies such as EnerSys, GE Power & Water, Alstom Power, Faurecia, AKWEL, Ingersoll Rand, Valeo Engine and Electrical Systems, and Continental. Throughout their career, they have achieved significant improvements in customer quality KPIs, reduced warranty costs and rejection rates, implemented quality assurance processes, and obtained ISO certifications. Luiz has also led teams, reorganized quality functions, and implemented lean manufacturing concepts. Overall, Luiz Benacchio is highly experienced in driving quality and operational excellence within organizations.

Luiz Benacchio has a diverse educational background. In 1992, they obtained an Engineer's degree in Industrial Engineering from USP - Universidade de São Paulo. Following this, from 1997 to 1998, they pursued a Post Graduation in Marketing/Marketing Management from ESPM Escola Superior de Propaganda e Marketing. In 1999, they enrolled at FGV - Fundação Getulio Vargas and completed a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Business/Commerce, General in 2000. Continuing their education, Luiz attended ESSEC Business School in 2009 for a course in Finance. Finally, in 2023, they attended IMD for the Advanced Management Program in Business Administration and Management, General.
