Jim Welch is an experienced professional with a strong background in quality management and engineering. Currently serving as Customer Quality Manager at EnerSys since August 1999, Jim Welch focuses on evaluating and resolving product quality issues while reducing warranty claims. Prior to this role, Jim Welch co-owned and worked as an engineer at Sick Bike Parts LLC, specializing in performance parts and accessories for motorized bicycles from May 2007 to May 2022. Jim Welch began their career as Manufacturing Manager at PFC Manufacturing for Industry, where responsibilities included managing a small production group for industrial composites and leading mold and pattern making from August 1994 to June 1998. Jim Welch holds a B.S. in Industrial Technology from Western Washington University and is a graduate of Federal Way High School.
