Ignacio Fernandez has gained diverse work experience over the years. Starting in 2009, they worked as an Operations Reasersh Co-Teacher, Simulation at Universidad Adolfo Ibañez. In 2009, they also began working at Mas Errázuriz as an Ingeniero de Control de Gestión, where they were responsible for financial and project management, as well as leading corporate risk management and environmental management. In 2013, Ignacio joined Agencia Chilena de Eficiencia Energética, where they served as Jefe de Desarrollo de Nuevos Negocios and Jefe de Proyecto Fondo de GarantÃa de Eficiencia Energética, overseeing the design, financing, and evaluation of new business opportunities. In 2015, they joined Sünplicity as Encargado de Desarrollo de Negocios, working on brand design, marketing strategy, and financial evaluation of solar energy projects. Next, Ignacio worked at Hilti Chile as a Business Developer, focusing on business expansion. Currently, they are serving as Head of Asset Management and General Director Chile at Enerside Energy.
Ignacio Fernandez completed their Bachelor's degree in Industrial Civil Engineering with a specialization in Energy from the Universidad Adolfo Ibáñez, where they studied from 2005 to 2010. In 2014, they pursued a Minor in Energy Industry Management from the Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile.
In terms of additional certifications, Ignacio obtained a certification in Economics of Money and Banking, Part One from Coursera in October 2013.
