Shahar Madmon has worked in the QA engineering field for over 15 years. In 2021, they took on the role of Lead QA Engineer at EnergyWorx and Senior QA Engineer at BeGame Group. From 2019 to 2021, they were a Senior Quality Assurance Engineer at LiveU. From 2013 to 2019, they were a QA Engineer at Alcatel-Lucent (Acquired by Nokia). From 2010 to 2013, they were a QA Engineer at Travelist. From 2006 to 2010, they worked as a QA Engineer at Retalix and Mercury (now HP).

Shahar Madmon obtained a CCNA in Networking from John Bryce in 2017. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor's degree in Animation, Interactive Technology, Video Graphics and Special Effects from Sapir College between 2010 and 2014.
