Lauren Cupples has a diverse work experience spanning different industries. Lauren started their career in 2011 as a Transcription Editor/Audio Describer at 3Play Media. In 2015, they worked as a Luxury Dining Associate at CxRA. Lauren also had a role as a Sales Coordinator at Maharam from December 2019 to May 2020, where they provided support to sales representatives and facilitated communication with clients and internal departments. Lauren worked as a Dog Sitter on a freelance basis from January 2015 to March 2020, offering pet care services in clients' homes. In 2019, they had temporary positions as a Client Services Associate at Mind Gym and as a Facilities Assistant at KIND. Most recently, Lauren joined EnergyHub in July 2020, initially as a Customer Programs Support Associate and then progressing to become a Senior Customer Programs Support Associate. Currently, they hold the position of Customer Programs Support Manager at EnergyHub, starting in April 2023. In addition to their professional work, Lauren is also a self-employed Voiceover Artist, providing high-quality audio files for various projects.
