WANES Rahma possesses extensive experience in customer service and financial management, currently serving as Chargée de recouvrement at EnergyGo since June 2021, focusing on payment processing and recovery strategies. Previously at Baobab Tunisie from 2014 to 2020, WANES held multiple roles including Responsable du service client, where project management and customer training were key responsibilities. Early career experiences include administrative and customer support positions at GAT ASSURANCES, BTL-Banque Tuniso-Libyenne, and several other institutions. WANES holds a Master’s degree in International Business from the Faculté des Sciences Économiques et de Gestion de Tunis, as well as an M2 MBA specializing in Banking and Finance from Ecole de Commerce de Lyon, complemented by training in sales and management fundamentals.
