Larry Payne has worked in the energy industry since 2013. Larry began as the Owner of J&L Turbine Services, Inc. in 2013, then moved to HBC-INC Solar Division in 2017 as a Project Manager, and currently holds the role of Project Superintendent at Energyficient Systems, Inc. since 2018.

Larry Payne attended South Spencer High School and Western Kentucky University.
