Prior to that, they worked at United Rentals as a Technician Level III, providing HVAC and electrical services and managing client contracts. Richard also has experience in plant operations and HVAC/R specialist roles at HCA Healthcare | TriStar Division and William R. Nash Companies, where they managed equipment maintenance and performed repairs. Additionally, Richard served in the United States Air Force as an HVAC/R Specialist, HVAC Journeyman, and HVAC Apprentice, gaining expertise in operating and maintaining HVAC systems in various environments.
Richard Ballentine has a strong educational background in HVAC/R. Richard completed an HVAC/R Journeyman program at the United States Air Force from 1994 to 1998, after completing an HVAC/R Apprenticeship program from 1991 to 1994. Richard also attended the HVAC/R Technical Training School at the United States Air Force. In addition, they have obtained various certifications throughout their career, including OSHA Permit-Required Confined Space Entry, Program EPA Approved, Cooling Tower Safety, Follett Products Maintenance and Servicing, R410A Certification, Airman Leadership School, Back Flow Prevention Certification, Boiler Plant Operations Certificate, and Processing CFC/HCFC Refrigerants Certification.
