Rockie C. is a seasoned program manager currently leading multidisciplinary project teams at Lonza since March 2023, focusing on the clinical manufacturing of biologics and fostering global collaborations. Previously, Rockie served as a senior scientist and program lead at CareDx, Inc., overseeing the product development and automation of genomics-based diagnostics and contributing to a first-author peer-reviewed publication on biomarkers for kidney transplant recipients. Prior roles include senior scientist and project lead at Senti Biosciences, where Rockie directed gene therapy initiatives in collaboration with Roche companies, and a postdoctoral fellowship at the University of California, Los Angeles. Rockie also gained experience as an intern analyst at Johns Hopkins Technology Ventures and holds a Ph.D. in Cellular and Molecular Medicine from The Johns Hopkins University and a B.S. in Biology from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
