Laura Palino is a seasoned project management professional with extensive experience in the energy and engineering sectors. As a Senior Project Manager at Energy Systems Group since July 2022, Laura has successfully led notable thermal storage projects and HVAC system replacements, achieving over $12 million in energy rebates. Previous roles include Engineering Project Manager at Tishman Speyer and Project Manager at both The BP Group and Trane, where Laura honed skills in planning, budgeting, and supervising multidisciplinary teams.
