Jim Owen is a Procurement Manager at Energy Systems Catapult, where Jim developed a full procurement lifecycle model. Prior to this, Jim worked at National Grid as a Senior Buyer, managing complex stakeholder relationships, ensuring compliance with procurement legislation, and contract management for plant hire and traffic management contracts. Jim holds a degree in Purchasing and Supply from Warwickshire University.
