Dan Massey is a technology and customer experience professional with extensive experience in digital solutions and team leadership. Currently serving as the Customer Channels & Experience Platform Manager at Energy Queensland since August 2017, Dan leads a newly created team focusing on enhancing the customer digital experience. Previous roles at Energy Queensland include Mobile Apps Platform Manager, where Dan built and operated a team that developed custom iPhone/iPad apps for a large field workforce, and Digital Principal - Enablement, focusing on mobile app development and AI innovation. Dan’s prior experience includes various leadership and support positions at SPARQ Solutions, where Dan managed client provisioning and desktop support teams, and a foundational role as Technician/Workshop Manager at Home Delivered Computers. Dan holds a Diploma of Management from Chifley Business School and is pursuing a Bachelor in IT at CQUniversity.
