Tom Bagot is an experienced events content manager currently working at the Energy Institute, where the focus is on accelerating the global energy transition to net zero. In addition to this role, Tom serves as an events consultant for Play Aid, contributing to the Gamers vs Depression initiative in collaboration with Movember. Previously, Tom held various positions in the esports industry, including associate program operations manager at Esports Engine, product manager at The NUEL, and tournament admin roles with Guild Esports and the UK Esports League. Tom co-founded and presided over the Swansea University esports society and participated in the Intel FutureGen Program, gaining insights from industry leaders. Academic credentials include a Bachelor of Engineering in Materials Science and Engineering from Swansea University.
