Shirley Barbour has over 20 years of experience in Property & Casualty and Executive Liability Risk Management. Currently serving as Manager of Risk and Insurance at Vistra Energy and as a Senior Risk Analyst at Energy Future Holdings and Energy Future Holdings Corp., Shirley's primary responsibilities include the administration of insurance coverages, obtaining necessary information from operating personnel for purchasing insurance, preparing insurance applications, reviewing proposals and binders for accuracy, managing premium payments, and maintaining policy files. Shirley holds an Associate in Applied Sciences degree in Management from El Centro College.
