Richard Menn has extensive experience in technical support and management roles, with a career spanning several decades across various companies. Currently, Richard has been serving as a Senior Technical Support Specialist at HCL Technologies since 2013, while also holding positions at Energy Future Holdings and Vistra Energy in roles focusing on call and asset management. Richard founded Menn@Work, providing organic alternatives in lawn and landscape services, and has held a series of positions leading up to this, including a Production Specialist role at jcpenney and Helpdesk Coordinator at Dr Pepper/7UP. Richard's early career included responsibilities as a Senior Computer Operator and Computer Operator at Continuum Managed Services and Tenneco Oil Co., respectively. Richard's education at Strake Jesuit College Preparatory provided a foundation in mechanical technical troubleshooting. Currently, Richard is enjoying retirement while providing caregiver support.
