Xishuai Liu is an experienced mechanical engineer and inspector, currently working at Energy Drilling Pte Ltd since October 2013. Prior to this role, Xishuai held similar positions at Seadrill from April 2012 to October 2013 and at Yantai CIMC Raffles Offshore Ltd. as a commissioning engineer from November 2009 to April 2012. Xishuai's career began at Samsung Heavy Industries as a production coordinator for a brief period in 2009. Xishuai Liu earned a bachelor's degree in marine engineering from Yantai University, completing studies in 2009.
