Marisa R. Robertson, MBA, SHRM-CP, currently serves as HR Manager at EDP since January 2022. Prior to this role, Marisa held various positions at Sinai Health System from November 2008 to January 2022, including Employee Relations Consultant, System Talent Acquisition Manager, Human Resources Business Partner, and Benefits Specialist. Responsibilities included mediating labor relations disputes, managing recruitment teams, guiding employee relations within a large workforce, and overseeing benefit programs. Earlier experience includes roles at Transwestern Commercial Services as a Benefits Specialist, Benefits Analyst, and Employee Benefits Administrator. Marisa holds an MBA in Human Resources Management from Keller Graduate School of Management and a Bachelor's degree in Communication and Media Studies from Western Illinois University.
