Victoria DePaulo is an experienced ESG Program Coordinator at Energy Advantage, where responsibilities include coordinating ESG programs, conducting data analysis, and generating reports on greenhouse gas inventories and corporate sustainability. Prior to this role, Victoria served as an Environmental Coordinator at American Iron & Metal, overseeing environmental compliance audits and training. Additional experience includes acting as a Climate Leader for Youth Challenge International, where community climate action projects were developed, and working as an Environmental Field Technician at EXP conducting environmental assessments. Victoria holds a Graduate Certificate in Environmental Management and Assessment from Niagara College and a Bachelor of Science in Biology from McMaster University.
