Tim Callaghan has extensive work experience in sales and management roles within various companies. Tim is currently working at Energizer Holdings as a Channel Director, overseeing the Amazon relationship and business performance in multiple categories. Prior to this, they held the position of International Sales Lead at Energizer Holdings, with financial accountability for the Batteries, Autocare, and Lighting categories on the Amazon platforms across Europe, the Nordics, and Australia. Before joining Energizer Holdings, Tim worked at Castrol as an eCommerce & Retail Lead, where they maximized sales through various channels, including Amazon. Tim also held the position of Category Manager and National Key Account Manager in different regions, driving sales growth and fostering relationships with key decision-makers. Tim started their career at James Hardie Building Products as a Retail Account Manager and Customer Service Representative, and earlier at Ruralco Holdings Limited as a National Product Manager and Customer Service Representative.
Tim Callaghan obtained their High School Certificate from St Joseph's College Hunters Hill in 1996. Tim then pursued a Masters degree in Business Administration at Western Sydney University from 2003 to 2005.
