Beth Smith, MBA has over 20 years of work experience in the finance industry. Beth began their career at Archer Daniels Midland Company as a Staff Accountant in 1996 and was later promoted to Advanced Staff Accountant and then Senior Accountant. In 2000, they joined Energizer Holdings as a Budget Analyst and worked their way up to various finance roles, including Senior Accountant, Senior Forecast Analyst, and Senior Financial Analyst. Beth later became a Finance Manager and Plant Controller before ultimately being promoted to Director of Global Operations Finance in 2015.
