Victoria Burns serves as the Vice President at Energize Group since October 2022, providing customer-centric Digital and Technology talent solutions as part of a global staffing business. Previously, Victoria was the Director at Opus Recruitment Solutions, responsible for establishing the Dallas office and directing the technology brand from October 2020 to July 2022. Victoria also held multiple roles at Nigel Frank International from 2017 to October 2020, including Associate Vice President and Business Manager. Earlier experience includes the position of Senior Recruitment Consultant at Compliance Professionals and Recruitment Consultant at Venn Group. Victoria holds a Bachelor of Arts in History from Liverpool Hope University, completed in 2015.
