Jeremy Bruce has extensive experience in technology services and customer support, currently serving as the Tech Services and Support Team Leader at KPMG Australia since November 2017. In this role, Jeremy manages operations and personal development for the Technology Services Teams in Melbourne and Adelaide, while overseeing local tech support in Hobart. Prior to KPMG, Jeremy worked as a Customer Experience Officer at Fujitsu Australia Limited and was a Service Desk Analyst at Yarralumla Gallery And The Oaks Brasserie, where duties included customer service in roles such as barista and Maitre d'. Jeremy holds a Bachelor of Asia-Pacific Studies with a focus on Japanese Studies from The Australian National University, completed between 2007 and 2011, and attended Narrabundah College from 2004 to 2005.
