Hélène Laferrière is an experienced business consultant, coach, and mentor, specializing in financial planning and career transition. From 2020 to 2022, Hélène provided consulting services while also supporting professionals in their career transitions at Lee Hecht Harrison. Prior to this, Hélène had a lengthy career at Rio Tinto from 2001 to 2019, serving as Finance Manager in Planning & Analysis, Financial Controller for Information & Technology, and Senior Business Analyst. Hélène holds a degree in Bachelor of Business Administration with a focus on Accounting from Université du Québec à Trois-Rivières and is certified as a Personal & Business Performance Coach from Coach Academy, alongside being a Chartered Professional Accountant.
