Robert Pacileo Jr. has a diverse work experience in different sectors. Robert started their career as a Senior Attorney, Regulatory Policy and Enforcement at The Pacific Exchange, where they drafted proposals to the SEC, investigated complaints, and represented the company in disciplinary hearings. Robert then joined Intel Corporation as a Senior Attorney, Assistant Secretary, where they provided legal advice on securities regulations, prepared Board materials, and managed securities filings. Later, at Intel Capital, they became a Senior Attorney, drafting venture capital investment agreements and providing legal guidance on various issues. In 2017, they transitioned into real estate as a REALTOR?/Broker Associate at HomeSmart Realty, focusing on client services and negotiations. Robert then joined Keller Williams Greater Downtown Realty as a REALTOR?/Broker Associate, educating clients on the housing market and assisting with the real estate purchase and sales process. Currently, they serve as the General Counsel & Corporate Secretary at Energera Inc, where they lead and advises on all legal matters, drafts company policies and procedures, and actively participates as a senior member of management.

Robert Pacileo Jr. began their education at Clark University from 1987 to 1991, where they completed their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree with a focus on Economics & Philosophy. Robert then pursued further education at the California Western School of Law from 1994 to 1996, earning their Juris Doctor degree in the field of Banking, Corporate, Finance, and Securities Law.

Apart from their formal education, Robert Pacileo Jr. has obtained several additional certifications. In 1997, they obtained the California Bar certification from the California Bar Association. In May 2017 (now inactive), they also received the Colorado Real Estate Broker Associate License Number FA.100074085 from the State of Colorado. In June 2017, Robert earned the Real Estate Negotiation Expert (RENE) certification from the Real Estate Business Institute (REBI). Lastly, in September 2022, they became a Notary Public in the State of Colorado.
