Shekhar K. Kidile is an experienced Engineering Director at Enerflex Ltd. since June 2021, leading the design and engineering for the DBOOM facility in the Greater Saqr Development SSFD project for PDO. With a robust background at Petroleum Development Oman from June 2001 to May 2021 as a Senior Project Engineer, Shekhar managed extensive upstream oil and gas projects from concept to handover. Previous roles include Project Engineer at Jacobs & Partners Engineering Consultancy LLC, where responsibilities encompassed multi-disciplinary engineering, and Principle Design Engineer at Jacobs Engineering Consultancy, focusing on process equipment for petrochemical plants. Earlier experience includes significant positions at Mukand Limited and Garlic Engineering, specializing in design engineering for various mechanical and structural equipment. Shekhar holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Personnel Management from the Indian Institute of Management Studies and a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Govt. Engineering College, Jabalpur.
