Pooja Taneja has been working in the customer success field since 2018, when they began as a Customer Success Manager for Enerex (fka Powermatrix). Pooja then moved to Powerserv Technologies Private Limited in the same role. Prior to that, they were an Executive Assistant for ASHTMURTI EXIM PRIVATE LIMITED from 2016.

Pooja Taneja completed their MBA from Annamalai University in 2011, specializing in HR. Pooja obtained their Bachelor's degree from CCS (Chaudhary Charan Singh)University in 2009. In 2020, they also obtained a Certified Scrum Product Owner® (CSPO®) certification from the Scrum Alliance.
