Jitesh Kankariya currently serves as the Director/Head of Operational Excellence and Quality at ENERCON, where responsibilities include developing a strategic team for Supplier Quality Review focusing on critical product development through risk analysis and a maturity evaluation system. Prior to this role, Jitesh held the position of Director/Head of Global Operational Excellence and Quality at ENERCON and served as the India Regional Supplier Quality and Development Manager at Garrett Advancing Motion, overseeing new project development in procurement. Jitesh's career began at Honda as an Executive, followed by a role as Assistant Manager at Renault Nissan Technology Business Center India, focusing on design and development in various engineering disciplines. Jitesh holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical from Doctor Babasaheb Ambedkar Marathwada University.
