Alon Perez is an experienced engineering professional currently serving as the Engineering & NPI Team Leader at Enercon Technologies LTD since July 2017, after previously holding the position of NPI & Production Engineer. Prior to this, Alon worked as an R&D Mechanical Design Engineer at Silicom Ltd. from July 2011 to June 2017, where the focus was on the mechanical design of parts, network cards, modules, and complex systems, encompassing the full mechanical product design process from concept to final product. Alon's career began in the Israeli Air Force, where a role as Aircraft Mechanic team leader was held from 2008 to 2011. Academic qualifications include a BBA in Information Systems & Business Administration from Netanya Academic College (2013-2016) and a P.Engineer degree in Mechanical Engineering and Aviation Systems from the Israeli Air Force Technological College (2006-2008).
