Paul Madeley has a diverse range of work experience in the engineering industry. Paul started their career in 1994 at FG Wilson Engineering (Caterpillar Inc) as a Production Manager. Paul then moved to Caterpillar Inc in 2000 and held various roles, including Factory Manager, 6 Sigma Black Belt, and finally Lean / 6 Sigma Master Black Belt. In 2016, they joined Enercon Engineering - Your Power Partner as the Director of Operations. Paul later became the Vice President of the Integrated Energy Solutions Division.

Paul Madeley completed their Bachelor of Engineering Degree in Aeronautical Engineering from Queen's University Belfast from 1989 to 1993. Paul then pursued further education and obtained a Master of Science Degree in Manufacturing Systems Engineering from the same university from 1993 to 1994.
