Paolo Civitico is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in energy management and engineering. Currently serving as a Project Manager at Enerbrain since February 2021, Paolo focuses on optimizing HVAC energy consumption by analyzing customer equipment, preparing technical offers, and coordinating installations. Prior roles include Support Engineer at Enerbrain, where the primary responsibility was assisting customers in using energy optimization solutions, an Intern at SMAT working on the Carbon Footprint project, and Maintenance Manager at Isman overseeing a maintenance team. Additionally, Paolo has a solid background in process and maintenance engineering, having worked at Kimberly-Clark to enhance production efficiency and implement proactive maintenance strategies.
