Yves Landry BAYOI MAHOP has a diverse work experience in the fields of HR, business analysis, and system support. From 2008 to 2010, they worked as an Analyst Assistant in AES SONEL SA, where they gained experience in accounting systems. From 2010 to 2013, they took on the role of Analyste Assistant Système Comptable in the same company. From 2013 to 2015, Yves worked as an Analyst Junior Support P2P in Eneo Cameroon S.A., honing their skills in application support. Yves Landry then moved on to the role of Analyste d'application Niveau 2 from 2015 to 2016. From 2017 to 2020, Yves Landry served as a Senior Business Analyst in Eneo Cameroon S.A. and was responsible for overseeing business analysis projects. Currently, they hold the position of Head of HR & Enabling Functions in the same company, a role they have been in since 2020.

Yves Landry BAYOI MAHOP pursued a Master's degree in Information Technology Project Management from ENSET between 2008 and 2010. Prior to that, from 2003 to 2006, BAYOI MAHOP completed a degree in Informatique de Gestion, specifically Ingénieur des travaux, from Institut Africain d'Informatique.
