Maria Lallerman has extensive experience in customer experience and operations, currently serving as the Nordic Head of Customer Experience and Customer Operations at Enento Group since August 2017. In this role, Maria has successfully transitioned the organization to a proactive approach in customer feedback and engagement. Prior to Enento, Maria held various leadership positions in customer operations and service across companies such as Qliro, CGI, EnterCard, and Swedbank, with responsibilities ranging from managing customer service teams to providing tailored financial solutions. Maria's education includes leadership training and specialized programs in sales and marketing.
