Katrin Kivisild is a seasoned professional in the field of education and training, currently serving as a Learning Experience Designer at both the Estonian Social Insurance Board and ENEFIT since early 2023 and May 2022, respectively. Katrin also holds the position of Adult Education Trainer Level 5 at the Eesti Täiskasvanute Koolitajate Assotsiatsioon ANDRAS since November 2020 and has been the Founder of Koolituskeskus PracticeGate since September 2015. Previously, Katrin worked as a Senior Program Manager at the Education and Youth Board of Estonia from August 2013 to January 2024 and as a Teacher at Tartu Rakenduslik Kolledž from August 2010 to August 2014. Katrin holds a Master of Arts in Education Management from the University of Tartu and a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration and Management from the Estonian Entrepreneurship University of Applied Sciences.
