Neil Merton has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Neil is currently a Lead Frontend Developer at enee.io since 2023. Prior to this, they worked as a Lead Frontend Engineer at StaffCircle - Workforce Communications from 2017 to 2023.

Before that, Neil was the Head of Innovation at Citation Professional Solutions from 2015 to 2017, where they were responsible for technology innovation and development. Neil also served as the IT Development Manager at Harrington Brooks in 2014, managing the IT Development Team and ensuring the delivery of systems.

Neil has also held roles such as IT Customer Interface Lead at AJ Bell in 2013 and Managing Director at Merton Development And Consultancy Services Ltd from 2013 to 2014.
