Eric Ladds is an experienced Quality Engineer with a demonstrated history of working in the manufacturing and quality assurance sectors, particularly in electronics and automotive industries. Since 2010, Eric has contributed to the launch and manufacturing of PV Solar electronic modules at Enecsys. Previous positions include Supplier Quality Project Manager at Tesla Motors, Process/Quality Engineer roles at Hamlin and TRW Automotive, and Supplier Quality Engineer at Rolls-Royce Motor Cars. Eric's career began at Motorola AIEG, where a tenure as a Quality Engineer spanned a decade. Eric holds an education from Bradford University.
