Andy Janczak, Jr. has extensive work experience, primarily with ENECON Corporation. Andy started their career with ENECON Corporation in 1995, initially serving as Vice President. Later on, in 2023, they became the President of the company. In addition to their role at ENECON Corporation, they also worked with EA Magnetics, Inc. (ENECON Subsidiary) as the Executive Vice President. EA Magnetics is a leading manufacturer of magnets and magnetic components, certified with ISO/TS 16949.
