Bruno Mikec has a diverse work experience in software engineering and technical support. Bruno started their career in 2004 as a Technical Support Agent for T-Com, where they provided technical assistance to customers. Bruno then transitioned to a Multiskill Agent role in the same company, where they worked in the helpdesk from 2007 to 2010.

In 2014, Bruno joined Siemens Convergence Creators as a Software Developer, specializing in the development of Policy and Charging Rules Function (PCRF) software. Bruno worked on implementing and customizing policy equipment for multimedia networks, enabling service providers to manage bandwidth and charging for subscribers.
