Rogelio Silvas is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in business development and sales, currently serving as the Director of Business Development and Director of Sales at Enduro Composites since January 2008. Prior to this role, Rogelio held the position of Sales Manager at Enduro Systems, Inc. from 2008 to August 2020. Earlier in the career, Rogelio worked as an Electrical Engineer at Raytheon Integrated Defense Systems from May 2001 to January 2008. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from Texas Tech University, obtained between 1998 and 2001, along with a high school diploma from Denver City High School.
