Nelima Pereira serves as the Head of Legal & Corporate Affairs at Endure Technology Solutions since April 2013, overseeing legal aspects related to technology and talent transformation. With a diverse background in legal practice, Nelima has held multiple roles focused on legal HR and corporate compliance, as well as legal operations in the information technology and staff augmentation sectors. Prior experience includes working as an Associate at Chambers of Senior Advocate Albano Viegas and as a Legal Associate at Jurisconsultus, handling various cases, including consumer disputes and arbitration proceedings. Nelima also has expertise in real estate and corporate legal matters from working as a Legal Officer at Asian Constructions. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor in Socio-Legal Sciences and Bachelor of Law from Savitribai Phule Pune University, as well as studies in Medical Jurisprudence and Forensic Science at ILS Law College.
