Tim Waxenfelter is a seasoned professional in the training and technology sectors, currently serving as Co-founder and COO of Endurance Learning since March 2015, where Tim focuses on developing effective training programs for a diverse clientele, including Fortune 500 companies and nonprofit organizations. Prior to this role, Tim held various leadership positions at Teaching Strategies, Inc. from 2005 to 2015, progressing from Business Operations Manager to Senior Director of Technology Products, where responsibilities included sales strategy development and oversight of technology product initiatives. Tim began their career at Pearson Government Solutions as an Instructional Designer, creating engaging training solutions for clients like the US Department of Education. Tim holds a Master’s degree in Distance Education from the University of Maryland Global Campus and a Bachelor's degree in History and American Studies from The George Washington University.
