Erin Clarke, MA, CPTD, serves as the Director of L&D Client Relationships at Endurance Learning since May 2021, with a diverse background in learning and development across various organizations. Previous roles include Learning & Development Manager and Instructional Designer at Endurance Learning, along with a stint as Program Manager at Abode Healthcare. At Sur La Table, Erin managed learning functions for 135 retail stores and collaborated with executives to design and implement development programs for company leaders. Earlier experience includes serving as Training & Development Supervisor at McLendon Hardware, where Erin analyzed training needs and managed the Learning Management System. Educational credentials include a Master’s degree in Industrial Organizational Psychology and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Seattle Pacific University.
