Tom Flaherty is an experienced financial executive with a robust background in accounting and business consulting. Currently serving as Chief Financial Officer at Endurance Builders since March 2014, Tom also teaches photography at Rice University’s Susanne M. Glasscock School of Continuing Studies. As President of Flaherty Consulting, established in March 2013, Tom provides business and financial consulting services. Tom's previous roles include Board President at the Houston Center for Photography and Chief Financial Officer positions at Balfour Beatty Construction and Morris Architects. Tom’s career began as a Staff Accountant at Arthur Anderson & Co. Tom holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from Texas A&M University.
