From 1983 to 1986, Aba El Haddi was an Assistant Professor at the Ecole Nationale d'Agriculture de Meknès, where they taught soil physics, advised students on their final research projects, and conducted research on the effects of drought on agricultural systems, cost and social impact, system simulations of drought and water conservation, and plant resistance to drought and reduction of drought impact. From 1986 to 1994, Aba El Haddi was a Senior Scientist at the University of Minnesota's Long-Term Ecological Research program, where they managed statistical and data analyses, network design, databases, application development, software engineers, scientists, and graduate student workers, and authored technology proposals for an $8M National Science Foundation Grant. From 1994 to 1997, Aba El Haddi was a Computer Specialist at the National Oceanic & Atmospheric Administration's Remote Sensing Center, where they developed distributed applications, models, networks, databases, and spatial interpolations algorithms. From 1997 to 2000, Aba El Haddi was a Senior Software Engineer at Bridge Information Systems, where they oversaw the development of middleware, parallel load balancing technology. From 2000 to 2002, Aba El Haddi was the Director of Software Engineering at Tricord Systems, where they managed the full product lifecycle and architected a network-attached storage (NAS) application and clustered file system. From 2002 to 2006, Aba El Haddi was the Co-Founder and Vice President of Software Engineering at Constant Data, where they established a storage management company providing availability software solutions to enterprise customers, including data replication, business continuity, and content distribution services. Since 2006, Aba El Haddi has been the Founder and Chief Technology Officer (CTO) of EnduraData, where they oversee and leads 15 staff across application development, sales, marketing, and client services, and develops private, hybrid, and cloud computing solutions using various programming languages, technology tools, and relational database management systems.
