Stephanie Poharcyk has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Stephanie began their career as an Assistant Store Manager at Luxottica Retail North America from 2010 to 2012, where they excelled in retail sales and customer service. Stephanie then transitioned to a role as a Front End Supervisor at Savers from 2012 to 2013, where they managed a team and achieved sales goals. Stephanie also worked at Realty in Motion as an IT Purchasing and Asset Specialist from 2013 to 2017, where they handled equipment purchases and maintained inventory levels. Additionally, they served as a Receptionist at Realty in Motion in 2013. Stephanie's role expanded to Administrative Assistant at Micro Encoder Inc. from 2017 to 2018. During this time, they gained valuable administrative skills. Stephanie then worked as a Document Control/Production Assistant at Laser Techniques Company from 2018 to 2020, where they managed and oversaw company documents. Currently, Stephanie is employed as an Information Technology Administrator at Endpoint, where they utilize their IT skills.

Stephanie then pursued higher education at Shoreline Community College, where they completed their AAIS Fashion Merchandising and Retail Buying Degree in Fashion Merchandising.
